1. Login at www.oneMISSION.tv with your username and password.
    

2. Click on the MY ORDERS link at the bottom of any page
   - OR - go to the VIDEO STORE menu and select MY ACCOUNT.
   Then select MY ORDERS.
   
   
   
   
   

3. Locate the appropriate order and click on the ORDER DETAILS link.
   
   
   
   
   
4. You should see the details of the order just completed. Click on the DOWNLOAD icon(s).
   
   
   
   
   
5. This page gives the direct link to the downloadable file. Click on this second DOWNLOAD icon and the download should begin immediately.
